@Gaijinpot: "ISI Ikebukuro is the right choice for students who want to study in Tokyo and work in Japan after graduation but do not meet the immigration requirements to do so."

Situated in the major shopping district of Ikebukuro, this school gives you the unique opportunity to interact with Japanese students.

ISI Ikebukuro is part of the well-known ISI group of language schools. What makes this school unique is that it’s not just a language school for foreigners, but also a business college where students from around the world study, including local Japanese. This gives a unique opportunity to communicate and make friends with other students using the Japanese you learn!

Located right in the middle of Ikebukuro, the school offers fantastic train access to both the popular districts of Tokyo, and the outlying suburbs and neighboring prefectures. It’s one of the city’s major shopping districts, with countless department stores, malls, restaurants, and entertainment venues to make sure there’s always something to do once class is over!

For anime and manga fans, Ikebukuro is also home to the famous Otome Road, a section of shops catering to the female demographic, but there are also plenty of shops for both genders!
